Creating Timesheets against a Hire Note

Sometimes when hiring out equipment you will also provide an Operator. In Turbo Inventory the Operator hire time is tracked using the Timesheet option. These Timesheets can be billed to the customer or only used as a record for the employee for tracking their time


Adding a Time Sheet

From the Hires pages select Timesheet, this will being you to the Weekly Time Log page. All the active Hire Notes will be listed


From this screen you select the week you want to record the time sheet for and then enter the number of hours per day and select the Operator. Once you are done you click Save Timesheet


This will assign the operator hours and charge it to the Hire Note if required



Note: In order to provide a Per Hour Price and Cost you must have a product created with a Sku of OPERATOR_HIRE


Uploading the Time Sheet

You can upload the physical time sheet by clicking on any of the Hire Note Numbers. This will then open a new screen which allow you to upload the document. If you also want to be able to email this to the client along with the invoice you can click


Include this attachment when emailing the Sales Invoice to the customer
