How do I confirm an Online Appointment

When a client books an online appointment it needs to be confirmed in the clinic. 



The steps for confirming the appointment is


  1. Click on Diary on the left hand menu
  2. Find the appointment (it will be highlighted in Yellow)
  3. On the pop up screen you will see the following information
    1. The Client and Patient Name
    2. Contact Details, Phone, Mobile, and Email
    3. Reason for the appointment
    4. Confirmation button and Delete button
  4. When you confirm the appointment, you will be presented a new pop up allowing you to email the client any additional information they need for the appointment



Alert when an appointment is created

If you want to know whenever an appointment request is created online, you are enable this under Staff Prescriptions

  1. On the Main Menu, click Settings & tools
  2. Under Staff User Accounts & Permissions, click Staff Users
  3. Click the Staff member and click Edit
  4. Scroll down and under Alerts click Yes on "Alert me when new online appointments are created"
  5. Click Save changes
