Turbo Inventory allows you to easily email prescriptions to your clients, streamlining communication and ensuring that your clients receive their prescriptions directly. Follow these steps to email prescriptions to your clients.
1. Access the Customer's Record
Navigate to the Customers section in Turbo Inventory and open the Customer List.
Search for the specific client you want to email the prescription to. For example, let's say you are emailing a prescription to John, so click on his name to open his profile.
Click View and then click Edit to make any necessary changes or updates to the customer record.
2. Merge Invoices and Prescriptions
In Turbo Inventory, invoices and prescriptions are merged together for simplicity. This integration ensures that every prescription is invoiced, streamlining the process of managing both documents.
3. Open the Invoices and Prescriptions Tab
Within the customer’s profile, go to the Invoices tab. This is where you will see a list of all the invoices and prescriptions associated with that customer.
You can select individual prescriptions or all of them by clicking the checkboxes next to the items you want to email.
4. Batch Email Selected Prescriptions
Once you have selected the prescriptions you wish to send, click on Batch Actions.
From the drop-down menu, select Batch Email Selected Prescriptions.
An email window will pop up where you can enter the client’s email address and any other relevant contact information.
After entering the necessary details, click Send to email the prescriptions to the client.
5. Optional: Print Selected Prescriptions
If you need hard copies of the prescriptions, you can also choose to print them.
Simply click Batch Actions again and select Print Selected Prescriptions to print them in an A4 format.
Conclusion
Emailing prescriptions to clients in Turbo Inventory is an easy and efficient way to communicate with your customers. Whether you're emailing individual prescriptions or sending them in batches, Turbo Inventory streamlines the process and ensures timely delivery.
