How to integrate QuickBooks Online with Turbo Inventory

Turbo Inventory integrates with QuickBooks Online to help you streamline your accounting and financial management. This guide will walk you through the steps to connect QuickBooks Online to Turbo Inventory, whether you're using the Sandbox or Live connection mode.

1. Access QuickBooks Online Integration

• In Turbo Inventory, go to Apps in the main menu.

• Scroll down and find QuickBooks Online.

• Click on Manage to begin the setup process.

2. Enter Your Client ID and Client Secret

• If your Client ID and Client Secret are not provided, you can reach out to the Turbo Inventory Support Desk to obtain them, or if you already have them, enter them directly in the integration settings.

3. Choose the Connection Mode

• There are two connection modes available: Live and Sandbox.

  • If you're setting up QuickBooks for testing or development purposes, choose Sandbox.

  • For live transactions, select Live mode.
