What is PLOF
PLOF stands for Price List of Favourite Products — a new feature that gives sales teams and customers quicker access to frequently ordered items, along with visibility into historical pricing.
With PLOF, you can:
Mark and manage favourite products per customer
Filter and sell from favourite lists in any sales document
View last sold prices
Identify price changes at the point of sale
Cloud Version Features
1. Customer-Level Favourites
From the Customer View, a new PLOF tab shows all products previously sold to the customer.
Products can be filtered by favourites only.
Last Price is displayed beside each product.
If last price = €0, the product is either free last time or never sold, only favourited.
2. Product Management
Products can be favourited or unfavourited directly from:
Customer PLOF tab
Sales document product search
Product results screen
Green icons = current favourites
White icons = not yet favourited
3. Quick Filtering in Sales Documents
Supported in: Sales Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes, Quotes, Proforma Invoices
When creating a document:
Select a customer
Click “Details > PLOF” to filter to favourite products
Add items directly from the list
Product availability and restrictions (e.g., not sellable) are flagged with alerts
4. On-the-Fly Favourite Toggling
Sales reps can add or remove favourites live during product searches or while entering orders.
This gives teams full control to tailor the experience based on current buying habits.
Mobile App Integration
When adding products to any sale document:
A black heart indicates a favourite product
A white heart indicates a non-favourite
Tap the icon to add or remove the product as a favourite on the go.
Supports:
Sales Invoices
Sales Orders
Credit Notes
Last Price Display & Price Change Awareness
The last price sold to the customer is visible on the invoice line.
If there’s a significant price change, the invoice clearly highlights it — helpful in B2B environments where customers manage their own price lists.
Ensures transparency and prompts updates to resale prices if needed.
Summary of Benefits
Faster product selection based on real purchase history
Streamlined sales entry for frequently bought items
Live visibility of pricing trends and recent changes
