Work Orders & Workshop
- FIXED: Mileage and Hours now update correctly when "Allow multiple pieces of Equipment on the Work Card" is enabled
- FIXED: Console errors when opening a Work Order from the Vehicle Edit page
- Deleted Work Orders are no longer displayed under:
- Vehicle Edit → Workshop → Work Orders
- The Workshop tab on the Vehicle Edit page now honours your custom label
Hire Contracts
- Hire Contract List has been optimised for improved responsiveness
- New workflow support for "Ready to Invoice":
- New setting: "Allow me to mark Hire Contracts as 'Mark As Ready To Invoice'"
- Adds a dedicated Ready to Invoice status between Un-Invoiced and Invoiced to better reflect the hire lifecycle
- Once enabled, Hire Contracts can be marked as Ready to Invoice from the list
- The legacy setting "Convert Hire Notes to Paid Invoices when completing them" has been removed
When Ready to Invoice is enabled:
- Off Hire
- Print Off Hire Document
are no longer available, reflecting the updated workflow.
