In veterinary practices using Turbo Inventory, it's common to have a mix of consultations — some that need invoicing and others that are purely for internal notes or non-billable interactions.

To help streamline billing and avoid missed revenue, Turbo provides a quick and easy way to identify un-invoiced consultations. This guide walks you through how to locate and manage them using the Consultation Enquiry feature.

Step-by-Step: How to Find Un-Invoiced Consultations

1. Access the Consultation Enquiry Module

  • Go to Clinic → Consultation Enquiry in the side menu.


2. Filter by Status

There are two ways to find consultations that have not been invoiced:
