Shopify Integration

  • FIXED: All Shopify send functions now honour Sandbox Mode.

  • FIXED: Shopify was returning a “Not Found” response when looking up products to update.

  • When pushing updates to Shopify, if a 403 error is received, product sync is now automatically disabled to prevent repeated failures.

Product Management

  • The "New Simplified Product Edit Screen" is now mandatory.

    • The setting has been removed and is permanently enabled.

  • Maintain Markup has been added to Product Quick View → Details.

  • Markup % has been added to Product Quick View → Details.

Customer Management

  • FIXED: When updating a customer, if the Portal Username was provided, it was incorrectly being set to the customer email address.

Bill of Materials (BOM)

  • On the Bill of Material List page, a new detail view has been added showing:

    • Recipe

    • Production Operations

  • FIXED: When more than one item existed in the BOM recipe, the Fixed Markup was not always being applied correctly.

Supplier Invoices & Goods Receipt

  • On the Supplier Invoice Detail View:

    • Column-level filtering has been added.

    • Clicking the Description column now opens the Product Quick View.

  • FIXED: Cost was not updating correctly when posting a Supplier Invoice.

  • A new detail view has been added to the Goods Receipt page.

Hire Contract

  • On the Hire Contract Edit page, Word Wrap has been enabled for the Notes/Memo field.

QuickBooks Integration

  • When sending a Sales Invoice for a customer that has not synced to QuickBooks, the error message now clearly states:
“The Customer has not synced to QuickBooks.”

  • If a Sales Invoice fails to transfer to QuickBooks, it will now appear under Failed Exports instead of System Log.

  • When posting Customers to QuickBooks:

    • If the customer does not have a Company Name, the DisplayName is now set to:
      {Customer Name} – {Customer ID}

    • This prevents duplicate DisplayName errors, as QuickBooks does not allow duplicates.
