Accounting Integrations (Xero & Big Red Cloud)

• FIXED: Big Red Cloud Analysis Categories now categorised using Category Type instead of Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss position

• FIXED: Credit Notes in Xero now correctly marked as Paid when payments are posted

• Xero integration now enforces Sandbox Mode when enabled

• Cost of Sales journals will not post to Xero if Sales Invoice cost is zero

• When posting manual Cost of Goods Sold journals, you can now select a different COGS nominal

• Only Inventory nominals are now available when selecting the Inventory Account for manual COGS journals

• New Xero option “Post Customer Payments” allows you to disable posting customer payments to Xero

• FIXED: Systems with more than 100 Analysis Categories in Big Red Cloud now import correctly

Quotes & Sales Documents

• FIXED: “New Quote” button flicker on Quotes List page

• Quote line is now locked when converting a Quote to a Sales Invoice

• Quote line is now locked when converting a Quote to a Proforma Invoice

• On Re-Opened Quotes:

  • The Invoiced line can no longer be edited

  • The Available figure is no longer displayed

Product Management & Pricing

• Product pricing fields now enforce consistent decimal precision and numeric input:

  • Purchase Price – 4DP

  • Supplier Purchase Price – 4DP

  • Pack Size – 4DP

  • Conversion – 3DP

  • Margin – 2DP

  • Markup – 2DP

• Supplier Purchase Price now stores 4DP in the database

• Pricing section on the Product Edit screen refreshed to match the rest of the system UI

• Sales VAT field now marked as required

• Margin field will now show 0.00 instead of “-Infinite”

• Supplier Purchase Price now maintains 4DP when updating Purchase Price

• Link from Exchange Rate text to Currency Rates page removed

Purchasing & Goods Receipts

• Unit Price on Receive Purchase Order now locked to 4DP

• Product Cost and Supplier Cost updates now maintain 4DP

• “Checked By” dropdown now sorted alphabetically

Product Quick View

• Detail tab now displays improved decimal precision:
