- Custom Forms UI redesigned for consistency with the rest of the system
- Required fields now clearly marked with red asterisks
- Validation messages updated for consistency
- “Required” column now filterable with checkbox display
- New Signature control type added to capture customer signatures
- Custom Forms now supported for Deliveries
- Active forms automatically assigned to new deliveries
- Improved layout when completing forms on larger devices (no restricted view)
Hire Contracts & Forms
- New report template: “Hire Contract with Clocked Hours”
- New labels added for customisation:
- Hire Contract – Forms
- Hire Contract – Assign Form
- “Assign Custom Form” terminology simplified to “Assign Form”
- Signature handling improved:
- Completion signature no longer overwrites contract signature
- Customer name can now be captured alongside signatures
- Customer printed name now visible in Customer Signature column
- Adjustments column added to:
- Employee Hours report
- Clocked Hours tab
- Customer Name now shown in Clocked Hours tab
- “Waste Collections” tab removed from Hire Contract Edit
Mobile App Improvements
- Custom Forms labels now aligned with system labels
- Signature screen buttons updated to match UI standards (Save on right)
- Users can now enter Customer Name when signing:
- On Hire Contract completion
- When clocking time
- FIXED: Signature interaction no longer affects scrollbar visibility

- Logs removed from “Processes & Scheduled Jobs” (now available in Analytics/Dashboard)
- Database Version 982 applied
Notes & Usability
- Delete option removed from “Hire Note Marked Complete”
- Improved consistency in naming and labels across forms and screens

- FIXED: Hire Contract List export now correctly includes Balance
- FIXED: Incorrect dates on Failed Transaction Export report (1st of month issue)
