Hire Contracts

• Clicking the Customer Name on the Hire Contracts List now opens the Customer Quick View rather than the Customer Edit screen
• FIXED: When generating an invoice for a Hire Contract with a Deposit, the Customer Balance is no longer incorrectly updated when using the Draft Invoice off-hire workflow
• FIXED: The same Hire Contract invoicing workflow no longer incorrectly updates the End of Day

Purchasing & Stock Control

• FIXED: Duplicating a Purchase Order that was previously a Back Order no longer marks the new Purchase Order as a Back Order
• Product Type can no longer be changed when any location has Quantity on Hand, helping protect stock integrity
• Goods Receipt stock handling fixes:
  • FIXED: Incorrect QOH changes after switching a product from Track Inventory to Do Not Track Inventory
  • FIXED: Incorrect QOH changes where stores use different default Warehouses
  • FIXED: Stock repeatedly decreasing for Do Not Track Inventory products
• FIXED: Posting Goods Receipts with both Pallet Information and Track Supplier Invoices enabled no longer incorrectly increases the Supplier Balance
• InternalPartNumber added to the Custom Purchase Order Template

VAT & Product Setup

• Selecting Not Set for Sales VAT on a Product now resets Markup to 0, matching Margin behaviour
• FIXED: VAT Rates now generate correctly for new EU companies
• Companies outside the EU are now taken directly to VAT setup rather than having VAT Rates automatically created
• New companies are now taken to the VAT List after Company Details and the first User are created, allowing rates to be reviewed and confirmed
• FIXED: Error when creating a new Turbo instance for a United Kingdom company

Users & New Company Setup

• Username and Email Address are now clearly marked as required on Employee Edit
• FIXED: Username validation now correctly requires a value
• FIXED: Permissions removed from the initial Admin User are now correctly saved
• FIXED: TableSync is now correctly recorded for the first user created on a new instance

Work Orders & Workshop

• Mobile Work Order book-in now supports selecting:
  • In House
  • Customer Address
  • Existing Customer Delivery Address
  • A new Customer Delivery Address
• Newly created Delivery Addresses are automatically saved and linked to the Work Order
• Address added to the Workshop Kanban View
• Assigned To on the Kanban View now includes employee search
• New Status History tab added to Work Order Quick View
• FIXED: Work Order Quick View Edit button now correctly reappears when moving from an invoiced Work Order to one that can be edited

Work Order Push Notifications

When “Send a Push Notification when a Work Order is assigned to a Technician” is enabled:

• New App Notifications tab added to Work Order Quick View
• Provides a history of notifications sent to employees going forward
• Tapping an assignment notification on an Android or iOS device now opens the Work Order List

Workshop Reports

• Products in Active Repair Cards now uses the product's Workshop Description instead of Product Name
• Products Added to the Repair Cards now:
  • Uses the Workshop Description
  • Supports individual column filtering
