- Click Sales Orders
- Go to the Ready To Invoice tab
- Locate the required Sales Order and click the 3 dots button
- From here there are two options
- Select Invoice
- This will create the Invoice and Charge to Account without further screens
- Select Invoice & Edit
- This will open the Sales Invoice screen with the Sales Order information loaded up. You need to either Post the Sales Invoice or Charge to Account for a customer in order to mark the Sales Order as Invoiced
- Select Invoice
