How to Invoice a Sales Order

  1. Click Sales Orders
  2. Go to the Ready To Invoice tab
  3. Locate the required Sales Order and click the 3 dots button
  4. From here there are two options
    1. Select Invoice
      1. This will create the Invoice and Charge to Account without further screens
    2. Select Invoice & Edit 
      1. This will open the Sales Invoice screen with the Sales Order information loaded up. You need to either Post the Sales Invoice or Charge to Account for a customer in order to mark the Sales Order as Invoiced
