How to View Service History of Equipment in the Workshop

? Purpose

This guide explains how to view the full service and repair history of a specific piece of equipment using the Workshop module in Turbo Inventory—across both the cloud platform and mobile app.


?️ Cloud Version – Step-by-Step

1. Access the Workshop List

  • From the main navigation, go to Workshop → All Work Orders

2. Identify the Equipment

  • Find the relevant work order

  • Locate the equipment field (in blue text)

3. View History from the Equipment Name

  • Click the blue equipment name

  • A pop-up will display the entire service history of that item

    • Includes all related work orders

    • Click Print to reprint any historic work order

4. View History via the Equipment Tab

  • Alternatively, open the work order by clicking View > Edit

  • Go to the Equipment tab

  • Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the equipment

  • Select “View History”


? Mobile App – Step-by-Step

1. Open the Workshop Module

  • From the mobile home screen, tap into Workshop

  • Navigate to the relevant Work Order

2. Open Equipment Details

  • Tap to edit the work order

  • Locate the “History” button in the bottom navigation bar

3. Review Equipment History

  • Tap “History” to see all historical work orders for the selected equipment

  • Displays:

    • Reference numbers

    • Booking dates

    • Reported faults

? For more details, tap the Print icon to generate the repair card directly from the app.

  • Review past repairs before starting new work

  • Access reported faults, solutions, and parts used

  • Reprint service reports for customer review

  • Improve equipment reliability tracking
