How to Access Your Login Details and Change Your Password

Overview

This guide explains how to access the system for the first time, including where to find your login details and how to change your password if required.


Receiving Your Login Details

Your login details will be provided by either your:

  • Customer Success Liaison, or

  • Onboarding Liaison

These details will include:

  • URL (web address)

  • Your username

  • temporary password


Logging In for the First Time

  1. Click the URL provided in your login email, or copy and paste it into your web browser.

  2. You will be brought to the login page.

  3. Enter your username.

  4. Enter your password.

  5. Click Login.

Once logged in, you will have access to the system based on your user permissions.


Changing Your Password

If you are unhappy with your password, there are two ways to change it.

Option 1: Forgot Password (From Login Screen)

  1. On the login page, click Forgot Password.

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

This option is useful if you cannot log in.


Option 2: Change Password After Logging In

If you can already log in:

  1. Log in using your existing username and password.

  2. Navigate to Settings & Tools.

  3. Click Users.

  4. Find your user account and click Edit.

  5. Enter your new password.

  6. Save your changes.

Your password will now be updated to the new value you selected.


Summary

  • Login details are supplied by your Customer Success or Onboarding Liaison

  • Use the provided URL, username, and password to log in

  • Passwords can be changed either:

    • From the login screen using Forgot Password, or

    • From Settings & Tools → Users once logged in
