Setting Up Your Business Details in Turbo Inventory

Overview

This guide explains how to set up and maintain your business details when logging into Turbo for the first time. This includes company information, logos, receipt customization, and document sequence numbers.


First Login – Start Page

When you log into Turbo for the first time, you are brought to the Start Page.

On this page, the system highlights any missing setup items, such as:

  • No company logo configured

  • Only a business name entered for the address

You will see “Do This Now” shortcuts that allow you to:

  • Upload your company logo

  • Enter your business address

You can use these shortcuts or navigate manually via the menu.


Accessing Business Details

To manage business information manually:

  1. Open the Side Menu.

  2. Go to Settings & Tools.

  3. Click Business Details.


Managing Businesses

Within Business Details, you can:

  • Edit an existing business

  • Add a new business using the Plus (+) button in the bottom-right corner

Each business record allows you to maintain its own configuration.


Editing Business Information

Inside the Business Details screen, you can complete and update:

  • Business name

  • Address details

  • Contact information

  • Other available company fields

Logos

You can also configure:

  • Login screen logo

  • Menu logo

These control branding throughout the system interface.

Once all information is complete, click Save to apply your changes.


Company Logo on Documents

To configure logos used on documents such as invoices and quotes:

  1. Go to Settings & Tools.

  2. Scroll down and select Receipt Customisation.

From here, you can:

  • Customise templates for InvoicesQuotes, and Proformas

  • Choose which logo appears on documents

Logo Options

  • Set one logo across all locations, or

  • Set different logos per location

This is useful for multi-location businesses with separate branding.


Sequence Numbers

Sequence numbers control document numbering (e.g. invoice numbers).

To configure them:

  1. Go to Settings & Tools.

  2. Select Sequence Numbers.

Here you can:

  • Set default sequence numbers

  • Apply them per location or globally

This ensures consistent and correct document numbering across the system.
