Fixes

• FIXED: Seven Day Sales was reporting incorrect sales figures.

Cash Drawer Journal

New Features

• Added the ability to print the related Sales Invoice directly from the Cash Drawer Journal.

Customer Payments & Reminders

New Features

• Added support for custom Payment Reminders, allowing reminders to be scheduled for any date.

Multi-Currency Improvements

When working with customers using the Base Currency (Sales Rate = 1), the Exchange Rate field is now automatically locked and cannot be edited on the following screens:

• Sales Invoice Edit
• Proforma Invoice Edit
• Quote Edit
• Credit Note Edit
• Customer Payments
• Purchase Order Edit
• Goods Receipt Edit
• Supplier Invoice Edit

Note: If a customer is not assigned the Base Currency, entering an Exchange Rate of 1 will not lock the field, as the customer remains a foreign currency customer.

Stock Control

Fixes

• FIXED: Stock Count error messages were displaying HTML content instead of user-friendly text.
• FIXED: Stock Adjustment error messages were displaying HTML content instead of user-friendly text.

Sales Order Import Enhancements

Import Validation Improvements

Updates have been made to the 35. Sales Orders (Optional) import process:

• Records without an InvoiceNumber (required field) are now automatically skipped.
• Existing Sales Orders are no longer overwritten when an imported Invoice Number already exists.
• If an imported Invoice Number already exists and belongs to a different customer, the import record will now be rejected.

New Features

• Added a Quick Addoption when creating or editing Sales Orders.
  • Navigate to More → Quick Add
  • Enter multiple lines at once using the format:

SKU,Quantity
SKU,Quantity
SKU,Quantity

• A new master import template named Turbo Master Sales Orders has been added for use with 35. Sales Orders (Optional) imports.

Projects

Project Material Transfer Improvements

The following required fields are now clearly identified with a red asterisk (*):

• Picked By
• To Project

Changes

• Removed the Reprint option for Project Material Transferdocuments from:
  • Product Quick View → History → Documents

This option has been removed as Project Material Transfers do not currently support printing.
